Returns Policy

If there is an issue with your order please fill out the form below to request a Return Authorization Form within 7 days of the delivery date. Authorized returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the delivery date with the approved form enclosed (issued once the Players Closet team reviews your request).

Players Closet reserves the right to refuse any returns that are not approved.

All returns are processed as store credit only in the form of an e-gift card minus the original shipping cost for unworn, undamaged, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached. Please allow 3-5 business days to process returns. If you do not see an email with the funds, please check your spam folder.

Shipping Policy

All items ship via USPS Priority Mail to United States territories.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Delivery Time: Priority Mail (US) delivery time is 3-5 business days after order has shipped.

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing a USPS tracking number. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update. Please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
